Shipping, Warranty & Returns Policy

 

Carrier

Mixxit NZ uses a third-party courier or postal service for deliveries. Aramex and NZ Post provide these services depending on your location.

 

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated and charged at a flat rate depending on your location and the delivery option selected. These are based on urban or rural delivery, signature required and whether you are shipping within NZ or to Australia. All current delivery costs and options are available to you to select from during the checkout process.

 

Shipping Options

You the customer are able to select your shipping option at the checkout. Please note that Mixxit will not be responsible for deliveries that go missing or say they are delivered and are not, unless you choose signature required in which case if we are unable to resolve the issue we will replace the missing item(s) at no cost to you.

 

Amending Orders

Should you wish to make any changes to your order please contact us within 12 hours of completing your purchase. You can do this by emailing us at info@mixxit.co.nz

Please note that because we aim to dispatch your package within one business day we cannot guarantee you that this will not have already been dispatched, in which case we will be unable to be amended your order.

 

Wrong Address

Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, Mixxit.co.nz cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order. In the case of wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the monies spent on both the product ordered and delivery.

 

Delivery Time Frames

Mixxit NZ aims to dispatch your parcel within one business day of receiving your order. Delivery times are a guide only as provided by the carrier service.

 

New Zealand:                                                                                    Australia:

Standard Urban delivery 1-3 business days                           8-14 business days

Rural delivery 3-5 business days

 

While most deliveries are expected to be made within the allocated period, sometimes there are circumstances outside of our control that can affect these times.

 

Shipping Locations

We ship countrywide across New Zealand and Australia.

 

Tracking

Customers can track their parcel. Parcel status notifications will be sent to your chosen email once the shipping label has been created. If you do not receive this email within two business days of purchase please contact us for an update at info@mixxit.co.nz

 

When There Is a Problem

If you experience any delivery problems or wish to complain about deliveries, please contact us at info@mixxit.co.nz

 

Returns

Should you wish to return your product, please email us at info@mixxit.co.nz

Please note that Mixxit NZ covers all delivery costs for returns due to a faulty product. All other returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and all delivery costs will be the customers’ responsibility. Please note refunds for change of mind are only applicable for 14 days from purchase and the product must be in its original packaging in an unused condition

 

Refunds

Mixxit offers a 14 day refund policy from the date of purchase, however, the goods must be in there original packaging in an unused condition. We will not refund any shipping costs for change of mind and all returns of this nature will incur a 10% restocking fee. Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted if the unit has been used so please choose carefully.

 

Warranty

All Mixxits have a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects such as a faulty parts. Mixxit has the right to repair any faults and only in the event the fault is deemed unrepairable by the manufacturer will a replacement be sent. Mixxit has the right to replace faulty wireless charging pads or cords if that is deemed to be the cause for the fault without replacing the whole unit. Any faults that are found to be caused by misuse or intentional damage are not covered under the warranty. Mixxit has the right to request photos and/or video evidence of any faults in an attempt to rectify the problem before the unit is deemed faulty.

 

Delays
